This is an MS-DOS program, but it runs fine in dosbox.

To download, unpack, and run in dosbox, with COM1 connected to /dev/ttyUSB0: 

 wget https://archive.org/download/M100SIG/M100SIG.zip/Lib-09-PERIFERALS/PDD210.ZIP
 unzip PDD210.ZIP
 dosbox -c "serial1 directserial realport:ttyUSB0" .
 C:>pdd
