Original RAM: NEC uPD4364C-20L
Replacement, Any D4364C-##L or -##LL:
- You don't want "CX" or "G" in place of the "C"
- The original "-20L" part was the slowest they ever made (200ns)
- The ones you find easier now are all faster, which is fine. (-15/12/10 = 150/120/100 ns)
- The "L" is low power. "LL" is even better, even lower power (standby memory battery lasts longer)
General specs:
- Generic/family chip number: 6264LP
- Static Ram (no clock)
- CMOS
- 8Kx8
- DIP28 (plastic 600 mil dip package)
- 2764 eprom pin compatible
- 200ns or faster
- Low power or extra low power (L or LL)
- TTL i/o
- 5v
