To Build a Cable

Parts

26P (2x13) Female IDC with polarity and strain relief
36P Male Centronics IDC with bail locks
26P 1.27mm flat cable 5ft or 10ft

Alternative: DigiKey cart with all black parts

Alternative: futurlec has all the necessary parts too.

Directions

Very simple:
Just place the colored wire on the pin #1 position on both connectors.
