TPDD client:floppy

The Tandy Portable Disk Drive (cat no. 26-3808 aka "TPDD1") came with a dos called "FLOPPY".
The only way to install it is to bootstrap using the utility disk that came with the drive.

You can also re-create a TPDD1 utility disk using pdd.sh which includes a disk image of the TPDD1 utility disk.
